HSBC Electronic Data Processing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HSBC HDPM) is one of the Global Service Centres (GSC) operating from eight countries which form an integral part of HSBC’s Global Operations. We were incorporated in July 2002 and started operations in 2003 at Cyberjaya. In 2022, we moved into our own fit for purpose building in Menara IQ, Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur. Beginning with servicing UK banking operations, we have grown to be a comprehensive business services hub supporting customers from 39 markets across Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, Latin America and the Middle East and in 4 languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
